We opened Grace Thai Spa in Gomti Nagar because we noticed something. Lucknow had plenty of places that called themselves spas. But very few of them were actually giving people what they came for — a genuine break from everything. That conversation shapes everything that follows.

Based on what you tell us your therapist puts together a session specifically for you. It might start with steam to open up your muscles and pores. It might move into a targeted massage focusing on the areas your body needs most. There might be a skin treatment woven in. The exact sequence depends entirely on you.
